In cooperation with the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, this course is being brought to you to meet your 3 hour MCE Legal Update requirement for license renewal in the state of Texas.  This online course is very content rich with discussion opening specific to the forms and addendums that have recently changed or been added.  There are a series of case studies woven into the material to illustrate the applicable changes.  The course proceeds with a review of numerous legislative changes including those related to the Texas Real Estate License Act, Ad Valorem Protests, Title Insurance and Landlord/Tenant relationships among a series of others.  As in previous courses, the discussion of what TREC feels are “hot topics” will be reviewed concluded by applicable case studies.
